This is my first web page! How exciting. I'm still learning HTML & CSS, and I'm still designing what I want so progress on site building is really slow!

2024.Sept.25. I've been working a lot on a new version of the site with bells and whistles and a theme(we're going cozy space fantasy meets "oh wow you found my house! Stop in for a warm drink why don't you?"). I'm not sure when it'll be done, considering it's a major version update and I keep changing my mind on things and moving things around, but I'm really excited to get it done. My husband has been working on it with me some, filling in the gaps between my imagination and my actual limited knowledge of html, css and js when I'm not able to figure out what is causing my issue or not sure where to find a resource to learn how to do what I'm trying to do.
I think it's starting to take shape though, and I don't intend to rush myself even in the face of my impatience. Figuring out a theme helped with deciding how to arrange a lot of things and ideas for other things, but it also means I need to make or find a lot of art assets to match. At some point I'm going to figure out how to make a page scroll backwards horizontally, and that will be really neat.
Either way, I suppose adding this here is just a way to sate that beast of my burning impatience, so I'm going to get back to studying and working on the essential pages. Have a nice day!!
